This client had a social media presence in the past. However, the employee managing social media became too busy to continue with this task. The social media presence started to fade and the owner realized the importance of becoming engaged with his social audience again. He assigned the task to an employee without much social media experience, in regards to managing business pages. The client needed help training his employee, but did not need a company managing his social media efforts.
